Reconditioned APV Gaulin Homogeniser |
When reconditioning an homogeniser, the whole machine is fully stripped.
Every component is checked and if it can be reused it is, if not it is replaced for new part.
The machine frame is then painted inside and out and fully rebuilt.
The cylinder block is rebuilt and mounted onto the frame of the machine.
The transmission and motor is then installed and finally the machine is fully power tested on water.

As well as Homogenizers we refurbish all processing equipment including, Pumps, valves, Heatexchangers and Fillers.
We have access to original specifications and all OEM spare parts and can return your tired equipment to as new standard. at minimum cost and downtime.
Where possible we may be able to loan units while yours are being repaired.

| SPECIALISED HOMOGENISER CYLINDER BLOCK REPAIRS |

We are usually able to repair 75% of cracked blocks.
Subject to an initial inspection of the cracked area you will be given a price that will cover machining out the crack, welding the damaged area and finally remachining to bring the unit back to specification.
We are also able to repair the majority of crankshaft defects subject to an initial inspection.
