MAIN FEATURES

The pumps type TS are used in the Food Processes with heavy working conditions:
-Concentrators; -CIP cycles; -Osmosis and Filtration.
The volute, impeller and pump body are completely manufactured in precision-casting, AISI 316L, which guarantees a perfect fluid-dynamic, energetic and sanitary efficiency.
It is equipped with different accessories which allow a complete modularity of the pump.

APPLICATIONS:

Food, Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industries.
It represents the sanitary pump of “Tecnicapompe”. It is used in the processes with hevay working conditions in terms of duration (in fact, the bearing assures that the pump can work 24/24h. without any breaks) and in terms of performance (10 bar at a max. plant pressure of 40 bar).Why TS?
The volute, the impeller and the front cover cover, completely manufactured in precision casting but with the proper thickness, as well as the bearing guarantee a perfect performance and reliability of the pump. Consequently, the cost is superior to the pressed pumps.
