At our Service Centre in Waterford we have a purpose built Heat Exchanger Reconditioning Centre where each plate pack goes through the Maitech 10 Step Process.

1. Plate Log.
2. Old Gasket Removal.
3. Plate Cleaning.
4. Dye Penetration Test.
5. Cleaning.
6. Gasket Groove Preparation.
7. Gasket Preparation.
8. Gasket Application.
9. Heat Curing ( where applicable )
10. Final Quality Control.

Plate packs can be delivered directly to our Service Centre or our Service Crew can go to site dismantle the pack arrange transport to and from site and return to fit the serviced pack.

We also offer our customers a full onsite Service which includes

1. Plate Pack Change Out.
2. Plate Pack Re Gasketing.
3. Plate and Gasket Inspection and Reporting.
4. Emergency Call Out.
